I have entered but have had no emails or any confirmation.

If you've registered for an event through RaceNation and haven't received an registration confirmation email, there may be a typo in the email address on your order. If you think this is the case, contact us.

Whenever you enter an event through RaceNation you will receive a receipt as soon as your payment is taken. If you receive nothing there are a couple of reasons why this could be.

Firstly please check your email spam or blocked folder. There is a chance the email has been stopped or blocked.

The second reason is you could have entered your email address incorrectly. We do have a double verification process to try and stop this but it does happen from time to time. The problem here is we now can't contact you!

If you have not received your payment or confirmation emails and you have checked your spam please get in touch by clicking on 'contact' top right, or the link below and let us know which event you entered. We will look into what has happened and report back as soon as we can.
