Live Entrant Tracking Set Up

The RaceNation App will allow spectators, families and friends to be part of the event day experience by enabling them to track you live across the course during the event.

In order to be tracked on the day there are a few simple steps that you must complete.

1. Download the RaceNation App

Head to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download the RaceNation Mobile App.

Click the relevant buttons above to view the app on your respective storefront.

2. Login to your RaceNation account

Once installed, you'll need to login into your MyRaceNation account.Click here to log into your MyRaceNation account and if you have never logged in before click here for instructions, or if you don’t remember your MyRaceNation password click Forgotten Password to reset it.

Please note: You must use the email address that you used to sign up to the event.

3. Load your event

Once logged in, you will see all the events you have entries in that have opted to be displayed on the App, select the event you wish to be tracked for and click on the My Entry button to view your entrant details.

4. Open entry & tracking settings

Click on the cog icon to view and edit your event settings

5. Enable tracking settings

Enable the tracking options as shown here to set you up for event day tracking and messaging

Please note: You will need to enable Tracking from this device on the day of the event in order to broadcast your location to friends and family using the app. Be sure to turn it off once you’re finished!

The friend code is automatically turned on to limit messaging and following to only those people in which you share your Friend Code with. You will need to disable this option if you would like people to follow your tracking without needing this code.
