How to Submit Results Through Manual Submission-App
To download the RaceNation App click here.
You will need to use your MyRaceNation account login.
If you have not logged in/claimed your MyRaceNation account before please click here
Please note: You must use the email address that you used to sign up to the event.
When you have successfully logged in, you will see all the events you have entries in. But remember, this will only display events that have opted to be shown on the RaceNation App.
Click on the event you wish to view/edit your result for and scroll down to the bottom of the Event Information screen.
Click on Entry Result Submission this will take you to login with your MyRaceNation login details, (the same details you have used to login to the App).
A pop up screen will appear and you can then either use this view or click on 'open in new tab' at the
bottom of the page for a bigger view.
You will see up to three options: Start Timing, Log Result with Strava and Log Result Manually depending on what the Event Organiser has enabled for their event.
Click on Log Result Manually.
You will see the page to the left where you can name your activity for your reference when submitting your results.
You are required to input your time which is in HH:MM:SS and provide one piece of evidence either through a URL link or image.
Distance is not required however most Event Organisers expect this for your results and please note that the distance is automatically measured in KM so you may need to convert the distance if you have recorded it in miles.
Once you are happy with the result, you will see a Store Activity button. Click on the button to store your result to the RaceNation system before submitting to the event.
You will then be able to submit your final results by following the steps below.
You will be taken to the Results Submission page where you can click Submit Results Now if you are happy with your logged results or click Log more results if you have more manual activities to log.
You can review the activities you have logged by scrolling down the page and it will automatically list the activities you have logged for submitting whether through Strava or as a Manual Activity.
If you click on the Log more results it will take you back to the home page to allow you to add more activities, however if you would just like to submit your logged results you can click on the Select & Submit Results button, and then select the activities you would like to submit for the event. This can be a mixture of the RaceNation Timing, Strava and Manual Submission activities depending on which ones you have stored.
When you are happy with your entries, click the Submit Result button.
The Event Organiser will either Approve or Reject any pending results and you will receive an email advising which option they have selected alongside a message from the Event Organiser if they have chosen to add one. If the Event Organiser has enabled ‘Approve all results’ your result will automatically show the status as Approved. If they have not enabled this, it will display as Pending until the Event Organiser approves/rejects it.
Once a result is approved it will automatically be added to the Results Leaderboard created for the event. The leaderboard can be viewed by Gender, Team, Affiliated Club and Ticket if you wish to only view certain entrants who have also submitted results.
