Transferring to a new Ticket

  1. To transfer your entry you will need to log into your MyRaceNation account with the email address that you used to sign up to the event
  2. If you've never logged in before click Logging in for the first time , enter the email address you registered with, agree to the T&C and click Claim Account
  3. When you have successfully logged in, you will need to locate the entry you wish to transfer and click on the Transfer button.
  4. Select Transfer to another ticket.
  5. You will then be asked to select a new ticket within the event you are entered into.
  6. Once you selected a new ticket you will be sent an email to complete the transfer or you have the ability to do this by pressing 'Actions' and then clicking on Complete Transfer.
  7. You can then complete the transfer onto the new ticket with all your details.
  8. When you have completed your registration you will automatically be processed onto the ticket and the original entry will be cancelled.
