Transferring to a new Ticket
- To transfer your entry you will need to log into your MyRaceNation account with the email address that you used to sign up to the event
- If you've never logged in before click Logging in for the first time , enter the email address you registered with, agree to the T&C and click Claim Account
- When you have successfully logged in, you will need to locate the entry you wish to transfer and click on the Transfer button.
- Select Transfer to another ticket.
- You will then be asked to select a new ticket within the event you are entered into.
- Once you selected a new ticket you will be sent an email to complete the transfer or you have the ability to do this by pressing 'Actions' and then clicking on Complete Transfer.
- You can then complete the transfer onto the new ticket with all your details.
- When you have completed your registration you will automatically be processed onto the ticket and the original entry will be cancelled.
