What are Account Credits?
Account Credits allow Event Organisers to refund their entrants if an event is cancelled or postponed, applying a credit to their individual accounts instead of reimbursing tickets in cash.
This then allows entrants to purchase alternative event tickets and/or any merchandise on the Event Organiser's storefront by using their account credit to partially or fully pay for their basket.
*Please note that Accounts Credits are associated with a specific Event Organiser and their events and cannot be redeemed for any events outside of that specific Organiser'sremit
