How to send communications to entrants
Go to your Organisation, on the left hand panel you will see Communications menu
Once selected, you will see the option to send a New Email to Entrants. If you select this option, you are able to choose the event(s) you wish to send communications about and can populate the subject line, title and content of your email communication.
You are also able to add a Custom "Reply To" Email Address so that if an entrant responds directly to the communication, it will be redirected to you rather than to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you press Save you are able to see the summary of your email before you send and Select Recipients or Send to All who have entered the event. You can also use the Edit option to make any changes before sending.
There is also an option to send communication via text message should you prefer.
