How to apply for a refund if you have purchased Refund Protect
When you purchase Refund Protect you will have been sent an email with the policy details and how to apply for a refund. If you are unable to find your email don't worry, you can request a copy and find out how to apply for a refund from your MyRaceNation account (see below).
- Click here to log into your MyRaceNation account, if you require some help with logging in just click here for some instructions.
- When you have successfully logged into your MyRaceNation account, click on My Orders and View More
- Scroll down to the Event Entries in this Order section and you will see the following text "For more information and/or to apply for a refund, please click here. You should provide your Protect Group Policy ID, provided by RaceNation via email, as your Booking Confirmation Reference".
- If you do not know your Protect Group Policy ID just click the cog icon and select Resend Policy Confirmation. You will receive a copy of your email which will contains the Protect Group Policy ID reference and also includes a link to where you can apply for a refund
