How to apply for a refund if you have purchased Refund Protect

When you purchase Refund Protect you will have been sent an email with the policy details and how to apply for a refund. If you are unable to find your email don't worry, you can request a copy and find out how to apply for a refund from your MyRaceNation account (see below).

  1. Click here to log into your MyRaceNation account, if you require some help with logging in just click here for some instructions.
  2. When you have successfully logged into your MyRaceNation account, click on My Orders and View More
  3. Scroll down to the Event Entries in this Order section and you will see the following text "For more information and/or to apply for a refund, please click here. You should provide your Protect Group Policy ID, provided by RaceNation via email, as your Booking Confirmation Reference".
  4. If you do not know your Protect Group Policy ID just click the cog icon and select Resend Policy Confirmation. You will receive a copy of your email which will contains the Protect Group Policy ID reference and also includes a link to where you can apply for a refund
